According to the London-based mag, Tank TV is “an inspirational showcase of contemporary moving images dedicated to exhibiting moving images for free”.
Free subscription required and you’ll need to turn off any pop-up blockers. Maybe start with Loukia Alavana’s hacked Snow White.
